    Trying to communicate with this company is an absolute nightmare. I have been on hold 13 minutes, 11 minutes and 22 minutes. I am booked but I never seem to speak to the same person twice (ie no one person is dealing with my booking/tour). The agent I first spoke to said the group would be "up to 28" but I hear they have now booked three times that number. I would not have booked if I thought this would happen. It seems really amateur. So far, not impressed.
