  TCP is making people fool. First they told me that they will accept me in training upto 10 minute late but when I've been there they didn't let me in in training as I was 10 minute late as discussed earlier. Group of six other was there with the same reason. Other 6 people asked the lady on counter to reschedule their training but she said they will have to pay $60 per head to reschedule their training. On this, they asked her to refund their money but she said money once paid can't be refunded in any circumstances. It's unfair trade practice in Australia. Fair trading office should take a note of it. It's a sort of loot on the name of training. I won't recommend anyone to go there.

  Can't Complain to management for Barista training
  For me, I had to leave training in the middle for some urgent reason.
  Later they rescheduled my training for free.
  Trainners were just ok, not much knowledge about coffee.
  Only conducted 3 hours instead of 4 hours class
  Could have had more practise
  
  Cheaper & longer teaching time in city
