  Thank you for the response, I would like to further explain what happened.
  
  In your response you say that we weren't ignored.
  
  We were offered several options at the beginning and after we tried to take the most recommended one for us we got to know in the second Skype call that it wasn't possible. We decided then to move on to another option on the list we were given and we emailed our request about the second option.
  
  We emailed and called the office several times. The emails were unanswered and the phone calls always were answered with "this person is busy", we were even asked to leave our contact details so they can get back to us later on, but never happened. That is why we feel abandoned by the company.
  
  We understand that no one will proceed with an application if it is not likely to be successful, but we think that we can expect at least an answer saying no instead of disappearing.
  
  We never wanted to push anyone to take our case or to do anything that is considered not likely to be successful, we only wanted to know our options and to try the path that is the best for us.
  
  We would like to contact you to resolve this issue if possible.
