  Terrible experience AVOID!. I took my watch in to fix broken crown. They did a diagnosis and quoted me $55 and told me it would be replaced with a silver part, as the original was was no longer in production. It was returned to me with a cheap looking black plastic crown that would suit a child's watch.
  
  To add insult to injury I wore the watch the following day and water got in when it rained. I phoned up to notify them and they said the seal was not working because the crown was not an original part. They then changed the story to 'the seal had eroded'
  
  I had never had this problem before, so they must have damaged it while fixing the crown. I was quoted an extra $15 for the fix... which I had to accept as I had already spent $55 and it was useless with water inside.
  
  AVOID!!
