  Owner, Anthony Cavallaro is snooty and condescending. Staff did not bother to tell me either when tenants lease expired and rent should've been increased. Avoid this crowd.

  A year later and Ray White City South continue to disappoint.
  I have been renting an apartment through them for over 2 years now. A leak in the bathroom wall, that has damaged my own property and soaked the carpet in a large area has continued for months, despite us constantly asking it to be repaired. RWCS kept saying it was up to the building management, the building management said it is an internal wall and up to the real estate. After multiple complaints, the managing director of Ray White City South said he would personally follow this up. The leak has been fixed, but he feels his work is done and has referred me back to the property managers that were of no help to begin with. Now we are trying to get the water damage in the walls and carpet repaid and seeking compensation for all we have had to endure and they are dragging their heels and proving difficult to communicate with. If you own a property, lease it through someone else if you are looking for a property to rent, I suggest you go elsewhere. Ray White City South seem to only care if you are buying or selling, not renting or leasing.
