I recently bought a pair and the one she has (In my opinion a defect) after 3 weeks of wear the shoe has not softened and the back eats into my heel very badly and makes it almost impossible to wear. Its just the one shoe and never had this issue before. I went in and to ask what they can do and the assistant said I need to buy leather softener.....rubbish service
