  I have been a member of crunch for years now. I was so disappointed by the level of service that I was provided with.
  The male personal trainers there are very rude and arrogant. One of the trainers interrupted me and my friend and accused him of training me. When my friend tried to talk to me in our own language,we were told to speak in "English". The trainer was very judgmental and threatened to basically throw us out.
  I felt unfair as I am paying a higher gym fee so that I can bring my friend along with. When I went to the reception to complain about this, instead of apologizing or sympathizing she refuses to admit what the trainer had said. Not even willing to acknowledge that there was an issue.
  This is very frustrating for me as I love the gym, hence why I have been a member. The pricing is great and the location is perfect for me. I have never had a problem until now. I just hope the management takes some action about the level of customer service.
