- Diane Penelope Kennedy04.12.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have a rare and painful form of arthritis and regularly take a sustained release pain medication. I had a script from my specialist and took it to this pharmacy, which I have been to before. The pharmacist looked me up and down (I use a walking stick) and told me she had to check she had that dose in stock. I waited for 15 minutes, and asked what the delay was. She then said she had to check the dose with the dr. As it was 6pm my specialist had gone for the day, and I was left waiting for another 30 minutes. I was in so much pain and exhausted after a long day that I asked if I could just take my script and go. She then said my medicare number related to someone else (what???) and the script looked fake. I was so humiliated that I took my script and left. I then went straight to my regular pharmacy who filled it with no issues. This women really impacted my life in a negative way, wasted my time and cause me to stand for 45 minutes on sore legs and hips.
